These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and rm99b governing your access to and use of the Platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of rm99b, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without modification.

Definitions

• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a User via a supported Malaysian payment method (including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, or cryptocurrency), excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Services" means all gaming, sports betting, live dealer, VIP programme, and ancillary services offered through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be turned over in qualifying bets before a User is eligible to withdraw winnings derived from those funds.

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The rm99b Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. rm99b reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. rm99b targets users in Malaysia and does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that online gambling is permitted in your location before creating an account.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.4 Personal Account Use

Accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder. You may not allow, enable, or permit any third party to access or use your Account. rm99b bears no responsibility for losses incurred through unauthorised third-party use of an Account that you have failed to secure appropriately.

Account Registration

4.1 Accurate Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian phone number. The submission of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

rm99b is required to verify the identity of all players prior to authorising the first withdrawal request. KYC verification requires the submission of:

• A clear photograph of your valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), front and back;
• A recent selfie photograph clearly showing your face alongside your MyKad;
• Where required, proof of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet registration screen).

Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is satisfactorily completed. rm99b reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. rm99b strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rm99b support immediately at [email protected].

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the rm99b Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All use of the Platform must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or chargeback abuse;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or wagering;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or malfunctions in games or the Platform to obtain funds or winnings;
• Participating in any arrangement that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer, poker, or any multiplayer game format;
• Attempting to circumvent rm99b's geolocation or age verification measures;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform.

5.3 Technical Access

rm99b does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party infrastructure issues may result in temporary service interruptions. rm99b will use reasonable endeavours to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

rm99b supports the following Malaysian payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted at the live mid-market rate at the time of processing.

6.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit is RM30. rm99b does not charge platform-side fees on standard MYR deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which rm99b bears no responsibility. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Processed withdrawal timelines are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: 5–15 minutes
• DuitNow: Typically instant to within 30 minutes
• FPX / Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 30 minutes to 1 business day
• Cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC): 10–60 minutes (subject to network confirmation times)

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts are subject to a daily withdrawal limit of RM50,000. VIP Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond tier members are eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits, as determined by their individual VIP agreement with rm99b.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits awarded by rm99b are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10×, 15×, 20×) is specified in each promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, Bonus Funds will be used first in all wagers, ahead of Real Money Funds.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per bet is RM300, unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion's individual terms. Placing a bet in excess of this limit during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.

7.4 Game Contribution Rates

Not all game categories contribute equally towards wagering requirement clearance. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following contribution rates apply:

• Video Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Dealer Games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger): 15% contribution
• Crash & Instant Games: 50% contribution
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution on qualifying markets (minimum odds of 1.50)

7.5 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds that have not been utilised, and all associated winnings where wagering requirements have not been met, will be automatically forfeited upon expiry of the bonus window. The applicable expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit) is specified in each promotion's terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the rm99b Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time card distribution and wheel spinning conducted by professional human dealers. rm99b does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on rm99b — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other major competitions — are governed by detailed betting rules available on the sports section of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all sports wagers:

• Bets are accepted only when a market is open. Bets placed after market closure will be void.
• rm99b reserves the right to void any wager placed at a manifestly incorrect or erroneous price.
• In-play wagers are accepted subject to real-time availability. rm99b cannot guarantee continuous in-play market availability.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per market are displayed at the time of bet placement.

8.3 Disconnections and Technical Errors

In the event of a disconnection or technical malfunction during a game round, the outcome determined by the game server log at the time of disconnection will be treated as final. rm99b does not accept liability for losses arising from a user's own internet connectivity issues.

Responsible Gambling

rm99b is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its Malaysian player base. The Platform provides a suite of tools enabling users to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Use any rm99b trademark, logo, or branding material in connection with any third-party product or service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rm99b's total liability to any User arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rm99b shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings;
• Losses arising from reliance on Platform content, odds, or game results;
• Losses caused by third-party service disruptions, including payment processor outages or internet service provider failures;
• Losses resulting from a User's own failure to secure their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by rm99b's gross negligence.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by rm99b

rm99b reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if rm99b has reasonable grounds to suspect:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity;
• Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account use from a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

12.2 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting rm99b support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account (subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within five (5) business days. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or closure of an Account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to liability, intellectual property, and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.

Amendments

rm99b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, rm99b will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.

rm99b operates its Services with a commitment to compliance with applicable financial crime prevention regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. Users who engage in conduct that rm99b reasonably believes to be in contravention of such regulations may have their Account suspended and relevant information reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice.
